Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before installing or using the Application.


1. General

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to Bohdan Bilazin (sole proprietor), publishing under the Flying Phoenix brand, located at Kyiv, Aviakonstructora Antonova 4b, office 103, 03186, Ukraine (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you install or use our mobile application Wasteland Roadfire (the “Application” or “App”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Application after the revised Privacy Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online or mobile store from which you install the Application, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any data collected by any such third party.


2. Collection of your information

We process the following categories of personal data for the purposes set out below. Each entry lists the purpose, the data categories involved, the legal basis for processing and the retention period.

2.1. Provide access to the Application

  • Data: device identifiers (Android ID, advertising ID); automatically collected technical data (device model, OS version, language, screen size); local game progress and settings.
  • Legal basis: Contract (Terms of Use).
  • Storage term: as long as the Application is installed on your device.

2.2. Sign-in (optional)

  • Data: Google account profile (display name, email, account ID) if you choose to sign in via Google.
  • Legal basis: Consent.
  • Storage term: until you sign out or uninstall the Application.

2.3. Safety and security

  • Data: device identifiers and crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics).
  • Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
  • Storage term: up to 90 days for crash diagnostics.

2.4. Customer support

  • Data: email address and content of your message, if you contact us.
  • Legal basis: Contract (Terms of Use).
  • Storage term: up to 24 months from the last contact.

2.5. Advertising

  • Data: advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID); coarse location derived from IP; ad interaction events.
  • Legal basis: Consent (where required) / Legitimate interest.
  • Storage term: as long as the Application is installed.

2.6. Analytics

  • Data: aggregated, pseudonymised usage events (sessions, levels played, feature usage) via Firebase Analytics.
  • Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
  • Storage term: up to 14 months.

2.7. Compliance with legal obligations

  • Data: automatically collected data.
  • Legal basis: Legitimate interest / Legal obligation.
  • Storage term: as long as required by applicable law.

If you choose to sign in with your Google account, your personal data may also be processed by Google. Please review the Google Privacy Policy for details.

We do not run our own backend servers that store personal data. All persistent data resides either (a) on your device in local storage, or (b) on the third-party platforms listed in section 4 below.

Where the law requires it (e.g., the EU/UK), we will not collect or process personal data subject to consent until such consent is obtained. By continuing to use the Application after having been informed of the terms of this Policy, you confirm your acceptance of it.

The Application does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, so we do not collect or process any payment, billing or transaction data.


3. Disclosure of your information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

  • By law or to protect rights. If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of others.
  • Third-party service providers. We share information with third parties that perform services for us, including hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising delivery and customer support tools.
  • Third-party advertisers. We use third-party advertising networks (Google AdMob and AppLovin MAX) to serve interstitial, banner and rewarded video ads. These networks may use the Google Advertising Identifier, IP-derived approximate location and ad-interaction signals to serve relevant advertisements. You can reset or limit the Advertising Identifier in your Android device settings.
  • Affiliates and business partners. Where we share data with affiliates or business partners, we require them to honour this Privacy Policy.
  • Sale or bankruptcy. If we reorganise or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity.

We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and we have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations.


4. Third-party SDKs and processors

The Application integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each is an independent data controller for the data it collects; please review their respective privacy policies:


5. Tracking technologies

Cookies and similar technologies. The Application is a native Android app and does not use traditional browser cookies. Where we display advertising or load remote configuration via embedded web views, the relevant third parties may store local-storage entries or tokens on the device strictly for the purposes described above.

Interest-based advertising. Third-party ad SDKs may use your Advertising Identifier to deliver personalised ads. You can opt out at any time by enabling “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalisation” in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads on Android).


6. Third-party websites

The Application may contain links to third-party websites and applications, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. Once you leave the Application via such a link, any information you provide is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third parties.


7. Security of your information

We use administrative, technical and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure your information, no security measure is perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee complete security.


8. Policy for children

The Application is intended for users aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware that any personal data of a child under 13 has been collected through the Application, please contact us using the details in section 12 and we will delete it promptly.

We use Google Play's Families self-certified ad SDKs and do not serve interest-based advertising to users we believe to be under 13.


9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (in particular, if you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California), you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and data portability. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at the address in section 12.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your data from our active records. You can also delete all locally-stored data by uninstalling the Application. Some information may be retained to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.


10. California privacy rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the “Shine The Light” law) permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us at the address in section 12.

If you are under 18 years old, reside in California and have a registered account in the Application, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly posted through the Application.


11. International transfers

We are based in Ukraine, while many of the third-party processors listed in section 4 operate globally (including in the United States and the European Union). By using the Application, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than your own.
